I received this as a birthday gift but I already have something similar. It is brand new & never used. The box says it has been reconditioned by the factory but there are NO signs of use. Basically, this is and electric chainsaw with a 6\" bar. It is safer to use since the branch gets clamped into it before the saw starts cutting it.
