Although small on the outside, once inside its difficult to believe youre in a van at all. Roadtrek takes advantage of the cab area as living space. By simply swiveling the drivers and passenger seats, a comfortable seating area is formed with ample room for eating, entertaining or just relaxing. And when it comes to daily living. Roadtrek is out in front. . By lowering the floor and raising the roof only slightly, there is full standing height for persons up to 6 also giving maximum fuel efficiency. The Roadtrek Popular provides very comfortable twin beds which can be converted to a king bed. The beds convert to a 4 person dinette, or if there are only the two of you, the front table can be used. The bathroom is centrally located, so there is no climbing over your partner for nighttime use. The kitchen boasts a 3 way refrigerator, a two burner propane stove, a small built in microwave, exhast fan and a small sink. For comfort there is a propane furnace and a built in air conditioner. There is an awning, built in coach battery charging unit, an AC power system, curtains for all of the windows, as well as screens for most of the windows. The unit has a 13 gallon fresh water tank, a 21 gallon black water tank and a 13 gallon grey water tank along with a dump system. All of this is on a 1989 Dodge Van chassis with 102K miles. The overall condition is excellent considering its age. There are some typical Dodge paint problems (it could use a repaint in the future). We purchased the van last Fall, we have only used it one time. We love the van, but our finances are such that we cannot afford it anymore. What we got here is a nice, little Collins camping trailer. I’ve updated a few things like putting in an old cast iron two burner stove top over a built in microwave. It’s got a built in electric wall heater and a fantastik fan in the main vent. A new stereo that plays cassettes as well as cd’s. It has a TV antenna that rotates from the inside. All new brakes that work great. The fridge is original but works great. I put an extra 3” pad of foam on the bunk so sleeping on it is that much nicer. Tires are good to go. It does have a couple of windows that have cracks in the glass, I’ve put tape over the cracks and it has held up. Replacing the windows is something I’ve been wanting to do but just never got around to. It has double holding tanks, both black and gray. All in all, a nice, light weight, fully self contained gooseneck trailer that can be pulled with a midsize truck with a V-6 motor. The gooseneck hitch plate goes with the sell. It has been winterized so all you need to do to use it would be to flush out the water system and load your gear into it and go. This is 1985 Coleman pop up tent. It has a sink, gas stove, furn-is heater, electrical hook and water, it has a power converter which allows you to switch to power or battery, spare tire, propane tank, battery. It has two queen beds and table converts into another bed and a onioning. It had a small water leak in the ceiling, which is fine just needs caulking on the top seem on out side. Well the title says alot this is a big sturdy trailer. It is alll the way enclosed except the back is open with a gate/ramp that goes half way up.
