This is NOT A FIXER UPPER. 1989 Ford Escaper with 44,000 miles and change Everything on this RV works very well.Heating (thats hot) Air Conditioning (super cold), in front and back Generator and Propane tank both work flawlessly and have digital moniter for maintaning Full Kitchen with double sinks. Stove with four burners, Microwave, Oven , Plenty of storage and cabinet space. Dining room table that of course removes for more space, Full size couch folds out into bed for extra guests. Two full size beds on seperate side of RV Sleeps 6 comfortably. Has 2 TVs , 2 DVDs , Playstation with two controls. Wireless headsets for each TV, Stereo is wired to loud as hell speakers located all over RV. Full Refridge and Freezer that runs on electric or propane. Full Bathroom with shower and mini tub. Comes with heavy duty windsheild cover to block out sunlight. Spare tire included. ONly thing missing from the pictures is the AWNING.(have the poles and mechaniam works, jsut needs fabric) We purchased it without an Awning.. RV also has extremely low miles for its age. 46,000 and change. The truck is in MINT conditon. new brakes. shocks, the tires are duallys, tread is great, engine V 8 460 runs terrific , zero problems, great on the hills TOWS LARGE TRUCKS JUST FINERV also comes with astro turf , two folding chairs, entire camping set up for two including dishes,. tent , sleeping bags, and so on.. It comes with an awesome Rearview camera so backing up and driving is a total snap. Moniter is on Dash. Also has a CB to talk to the truckers. This RV is not recommended for those who want the \"ALL THE TIME TRAVELING RV LIFESTYLE\" Apparently some RV parks let in only those whom RVs are 1995 or better.(you know the big busses) This means you will not be getting in at \" The worlds largest Mega Plush luxury Super Duper exclusive senior citizens tour bus central RV Parks\" I personally got the RV to see the outdoors. This roomy 2001 Skyline has 2 slide outs, one for the living/dining area and one for the queen size bedroom. Bedroom has full wall mirrored closet doors and vanity area. The sink and bathroom/shower areas are separate. All window trim, bed sham, and upholstery match. Shower is a tub with accordion door (not over toilet). Living Rm. area has fold out couch and swivel chair, with TV and CD, and central air conditioning and heat. Kitchen has 3 burner stove/oven and microwave and large two-door refrigerator/freezer. Water heater and refer work on propane or gas. Other amenities include rear ladder with bike rack, outside shower, extra battery compartment with battery, door step handle, side mounted propane RVQ, and dual 10 gal propane tanks. We have replaced all the plumbing fixtures with higher quality (non-plastic) fixtures. Exterior is aluminum and is in excellent shape, with awning. Since it is a fifth-wheel it tows very well and is very roomy inside. It sleeps 6 and we have had over a dozen people in it comfortably. Interior is in very good shape. We are looking for a new home for our 79 Chevy Sportscoach. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but you could squeeze in a few more if they are little. Its 28\" long and has a Chevy 350 small block engine. We just recently put in over $4,000 to find out that it needs a new engine. GRRRR!!! FYI: We have found engines for about $400. The interior is in very good condition. If you are tired of being on the ground with the bugs and worried about bears and stormy weather, then you should check this out. Very light and easy to tow but still sleeps four adults and has hot and cold running water, outside shower, furnace, refrigerater, stove and exhaust fan. Folds flat for towing so you dont need extra mirrors that never work well. The tires are Les Schwab with very few miles, the propane tanks are the current type so all it needs is a new battery of your choice. There are no rips, tears, stains or mold issues. No leaks anywhere. I think The stand for the table was thrown away by accident during our move here so, because of that and the battery, I am offering the trailer for this very reasonable price. Here we have a used but in excellent condition 2006 Keystone rv outback sidney series M-31 RQS Travel trailer priced at 23,295 obo..This is a perfect family trailer, sleeps 10 but without compromising the inside sleeps 6, 4 in bunks and queen bed up front. This trailer has a huge amount of storage space with several interior cupboards and cabinets including the pantry and over the couch area and in the kitchen. In addition outside under the rear bunks is a storage area large enough to crawl through and opens on both sides, in the front is another pass through storage connecting under the queen bed. The floors are wood and very easy to keep clean, the shades are the pull down type with strings, not mini blinds. This is a full weight trailer weighing 7100 lbs dry or unloaded.
