I have a 26 by 55ft boathouse with a 28ft by 10'-6" well, as presently configured. The boathouse also has a studio living area with a complete kitchen, bath with shower, and woodstove. The boatwell can be expanded to 35ft by 12ft wide. The garage door is electric with remote and there is an overhead winch for larger vessels that have a dinghy. The boathouse is currently moored at Tyee Yacht club and cannot stay there unless you are a Tyee member. Moorage for Tyee members is $124 a pmonth.
I wish to trade this boathouse for two deck projects, one at my home and one at a vacation property. Note: the boatlift in the picture has been sold.

Loves to be fed and groomed; comes with her own carrot and brush. I believe that it is suppose to make eating sounds when you put the carrot in the mouth, it is not doing this. Recommended for ages 4 through 10.
