HelloThanks for checking out my ad. Im a full time student @ Clackamas in Oregon city and my 16yr old daughter will start full time in fall term she just graduated. Im looking for two rooms to rent close to or in Oregon City one for me and for my daughter and our two cats. We smoke but only outdoors. We do not drink or do drugs. Im a consumer of medical Marjuana (Yes I do have my card through the state). We are both very creative; she is leaving for LA today to go audition for American Idol. Im in the film department at school. As my daughters father I would like to find a female roommate to reduce any possible strange stuff with her. We are both respectful and clean ( shes 16 sometimes I have to get on her about it. I have some major health stuff I will be having another surgery soon so between school and going to the Dr. Im very busy. I am looking for a hearing aid for my 9 year old daughter. I need an open canel as she had surgery on her ear to remove a tumor that was growing and has alot of drainage from that ear. I have a note from the Dr. that states she could use a hearing aid and would benifit from one, but my ins. does not cover the cost of one. I have tried to go throw the columbia hearing to qualify for one, but because she can hear so well out of the other ear they could not help us. My husband and I both work, but we have had alot of financial difficuties in the past and dont have the extra money to purchase one. Jessica, my 9 year old had open heart surgery when she was born and has been through a lot. She tried on a hearing aide at an audiologists and it was amazing to see the look on her face when she was able to hear so well with it. We need your help. We sold our house and is looking to relocate to Portland, to be around Family. I am having a heck of a time finding someone to rent to us or even a place to rent.. We are looking for a 3-4 bedroom house with 2+ bathrooms. My kids age from 14, 6, 5, 1 and 7 months. Then we have two dogs that we have had for years and years.. Kids would be devasted if we had to part without them. Every place I have looked at either never called me back, said that this place wouldnt be big enough, etc. etc.. We need a place that we can live in so we can get situated and either stay for awhile or aventually move in to another place.. If you have a fixer upper that is fine as well, we can give your house alot of TLC.. Hi, I am a 49yr old settled woman. I am on disability from work injuries. I also have section 8. I am reliable and clean. I do not have children. Only a small bird. I live alone and prefer that way. I am in need of some peace and quiet. It seems like no matter where I move I have to tolerate loud music. I always ask before hand if loud music is aloud any time of the day? & am lied to about it. I have extremely sensitive ears. It is a medical issue that absolutely nothing can be done about. I have not had a full week of rest since I moved to the Portland/ Clackamas area 11yrs ago now. And it is effecting my health very badly. In fact I have developed Type 1 diabetes from not getting proper rest. I implore to anyone out there if you have a private mobile home or small house even if it is out in the middle of no where and will take Sec.8 please let me know. I am so tired of moving. I just want a home where I feel safe and can rest when I need to. I am very reliable and will be a steady tenant as long as I dont have to listen to anyones loud music.
