Hi, guys!I have been searching Craigslist like crazy to find great deals on the things I need to furnish my new apartment. I am expecting to have a new baby in November, and I need to prepare a nice home!Thanks to all of you, so far I have been really lucking out finding the things I want at awesome prices! I would be willing to take your pond apart in return I would like to keep the parts such as the pump, liner, filters etc. I am not interested in small ponds, I want to build a 12X30 pond so I need to find a larger one. I do have a large trailer for removal of rock etc, I also have dirt to fill the pond back in with so if you call me you can have your pond disappear, and have dirt ready for planting or whatever. I am trying to find a Mitusbishi Eclipse. Must be 1997-1999 model year and a GSX turbo model.I am in the process of getting a loan through my credit union to pay for it but if you are interested in trades, this is what I have:A 94 Chevy S-10 Blazer, a 91 Cadillac Seville, and a 96 Nissan 200SX.They all need work. I dont know much about fixing cars so I dont know how simple or difficult it would be to fix but I do know:The Blazer has trouble going through the gears, and is prone to dying like it doesnt charge the battery or something.The Cadillacs security software doesnt always let the car start.The Nissan is running on 3 cylinders but is drivable. Im working on getting that one in to get it fixed as that is my daily driver right now. Of course if youd rather take it as is I would be fine with that.If youre a mechanic, you can get some pretty good cars after fixing them up or just parting them out if you want.If youre interested, I will give one or all 3 of them to you as part of a trade as I have no use for them and moving soon so no room either.I will either just use the loan for payment or if interested in the above cars, I can use both the trades and loan money.Let me know what you have. I would prefer the car in good condition but will consider all offers if the car does need work or not depending on how much. Just e-mail me with your description and cost offer and Ill consider it. Ill describe both below: *The Guesthouse has four individual rooms and caters to people who need to be just blocks from downtown and on a busline going every direction. The guesthouse is safe, clean, quiet and hosted. The rooms are nicely furnished, complete with WiFi and cable TV. There is a fully-equipped shared kitchen and laundry and most of the rooms share bathrooms. Located in the very walkable Hawthorne neighborhood, with tons of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. It is off Hart and 160th avenue so it is still in the Murrayhill area. Rent is probably going to be $400 or 375 depending on the room plus utilities which will run between $150-200 because of the pool.About the roommates that you will live with; Eric-He is 32, works full time from 7-4, he is a beer drinker, loves sports, doesn’t look his age, really laid back, minds his own business and will usually hang out downstairs and watch sports with us or just hang out. He isn’t a partier but knows how to have fun.Me-I am 26, I referee high school and college basketball, I was laid off so I am on unemployment, I am a huge sports junkie, I don’t like to party a whole lot but I will totally drink beer and watch tv or play poker or just hang at home.
