There are 3 issues: #1 It was given to us with Microsoft windows XP software that is not legit so you would want to get rid of that and download your own software. #2 my wonderful son got curious one day and decided to pluck off some of the keys on the keyboard. They still all work and we have just continued to use it as is but you might want to plug in an external keyboard via usb port. #3 I have noticed is that it hasnt been holding a charge for very long so my recommendation would be to bring along the charger and keep it plugged in.
