The trailer doesn't have to stay in the park it can be moved.
1989 Fifth Wheel Set up in a great R.V. park in Bandon. It has been well taken care of. It's 27 feet long and has a great set up.
The set up is that as you enter the door your in the living room. To the right is the kitchen and dining table.
You step up into the bathroom and then another step up into the bedroom.
The bedroom has a nice queen size bed . There are nice oak cabinets for storage through out .
The dining room table folds into a bed if needed. Newly re upholstered cushions.
The trailer is set up with an electric hot water heater. We use the electric oil filled space heaters for heat. We bought the trailer for our mother to live in temporarily until her apartment was ready.
We were told that it would take 3-6 months. But to our surprise after only a month she's ready to move in to her new apartment. She says the trailer is comfortable and easy to keep warm.
