Great condition inside. Very good condition mattresses, seat cushions, etc. Floor and cabinets in very good condition. Sink and 3 Burner stove. Canvas, curtains and screens in very good condition. This is a very clean 1984. sleeps 6-8. Huge pullout bed (has to be a king!), large bed using tabletop (queen?) and seat cushions, nice size pullout at the other end. Trailer measures 14' 11" closed and 23' 04" when opened. Nice fold down step that doubles as a "half door" that locks the unit up. Propane, 110v, 12v, with a power converter. Not 1 but 2 spare tires. Only drawback is the table edging is coming off. Exterior: slight damage, but riveted near left rear wheel well. All exterior lights work with standard 4 pin flat plug-in. 1 7/8" hitch. Full length exterior awning. Very nice original condition. Needs registration.
I will add pictures as soon as possible and get measurements for the beds.....they are the biggest I've seen in a pop-up!

Has an extra thick, very comfortable , expensive, serta matress in the over cab area. a full sized couch. An eleveated dining area that makes into a bed. Sink, magic chef stove and oven. Bath with large closet and large shower area for a compact motorhome. awning, newer heater and thermostat. toilet and sink and sep door in bathroom area. fan in kitchen area. some outside storage where you can store things or put a small generator. lights everywhere, all work, Power vented fan in bathroom. Good windows, vents etc. Does not leak. lots of original paperwork and manuals from new. Has been well maintained with regular oil changes. It had an alignment done on it not too long ago. Hasnt needed much of anything. This is one of the most sought after toyota motorhome models out there. Its said to be ahead of its time when it was made in the early 90's. T
