| I rented a room to a guy named Mike Stinkys and he cant be trusted.. Was suppose ot give a 30 day notice before moving out and didnt, came home tonight and he moved out without a word. It is sad when you try to help people out and this is how they repay you.. plus if oyu do make sure you kep anything yo want him to stay out of in a safe place. He is very unstable and does spend some time in the Johnson unit, which by the way is where he met his g/f. Which I am glad I wont have to deal with her again. Im looking for 1 roommate, gender doesnt matter, who picks up after themself, does their own dishes, doesnt mind doing their share to pick up the house and pays their bills on time. Age range isnt a deal breaker but would prefer 23-30, a little younger or a tad bit older is fine. This is a month to month rental with a required one months notice when moving out. Rent is $340/month which includes cable TV, Internet, and garbage service. Utilities are extra and are split 3 ways.
