Exterior-some minor dings around belly pan, roof and side panels. Nothing too major. Will need to be re-polished eventually. 4 new tires with less than 500 miles. Running lamps tested and fully operational, as well as the interior electrical. Brakes and frame are good. 2 new 7 gallon propane tanks have been installed and all propane lines are good. Awning is worn but in working condition, however the locking mechanisms on the extension arms will need to be replaced. We are using a 4” bolt to secure the awning in the down position for now with no issues. When we purchased the trailer in December 2008 it was thoroughly inspected by Al’s Trailer in Salem, OR. All windows were sealed after inspection. Appliance check for stove and water heater. We removed the old Dometic refrigerator and replaced it with a new 4.6 cf Kenmore refrigerator/freezer. Furnace is working. 110v system checked. Old converter replaced with a refurbished 75amp converter. Original light fixtures throughout.We remodeled portions of the interior to allow for more space. The subfloor and insulation were removed from the dining/living area and also the bedroom. The remaining subfloor and insulation are good. We removed the shower and extended the kitchen counter an additional 3 feet. Shelves were installed under the counter area for storage. A shelf was installed over the wheel well in the hall closet to allow for storage as well. All of the furniture fixtures in the dining room and bedroom were removed as well as all of the window coverings. The original items were in extremely poor condition. A queen-size platform in the bedroom was installed with a storage area beneath it. We have not replaced the floor covering with carpet or tile at this time. We are currently using a heavy tropical grass mat for floor covering. All faucets work as they should on both kitchen and bathroom sinks, as well as the tub/shower. There are two air conditioners on the roof, and a large pullout awning on the side. There is a working electric step for easy access and it has a trailer hitch but the only thing we ever pulled behind it was a small boat. All couches and chairs are in excellent condition. It has a very comfortable queen size walk around bed in the back. There is a ton of storage room underneath both sides of the motorhome as it is a basement model. We only used it a few times every year, and we have always been extremely happy with it. I would trust this to go anywhere in the country. This motor home is camping/travel ready as it is, all you need to do is stop by the grocery store and you are set.
