Although most of what you are saying is true for the owner and a few of the employees that worked at this shop, you should probably check the previous employment of the employees at some of the shops you are promoting. I know for a fact that a few employees at these businesses have/had employees that were previously employed at cycles sports and were terminated because of the aforementioned shoddy mechanic work. Now with that said, I think you should think before slandering the otherwise great reputation that Harold has for being an extremely competent and professional motorcycle mechanic. I have used him, exclusively, for quite awhile now and have never had to return my bike for any reason. He was the only competent mechanic at Cycle Sports, hopefully he will turn up wherever the kawasaki dealership ends up around here!
