I recently moved to a new place and just don't have room for it. It's in great condition mechanically. It does have a few scratches and small dents in the paint. It's perfect for a small apartment or dorm, and also great for guests. It folds out into a bed in literally 3 seconds! The mattress/cushion is nice, clean and has no rips, just some small stains. You can get it without the matress from Sears right now for $385 (check out the link below, you can just copy it and then paste it in your search box). The chairs are upholstery in an off white and burgundy Victorian patterned print. The chairs are bigger and made with very thick timbers, not wobbly at all. They have all their hardware.
