Well the man behind my house is accusing my dogs of getting into his trash. the police gave me a ticket for $260 for dog at large. yet NO ONE saw the dog that did it as it was in the middle of the night but because there were dog foot print leading to and away from my front door the cop said it was my dog. All my dogs are kept inside at night and the only big dog I have at my home is a ill Siberian husky. My yard is full fenced in and none of my dogs can or was out of the back yard. So we took pictures of all the track coming and going of the property that was not in the fenced in yard. thank Goodness it snowed, followed them all the way down the street and met a man who too saw paw prints all over the out side of his yard. I took video as well. So I am fighting this ticket. I have never been to court and don't know what to do or how to do it. I need a lawyer to help me. I don't feel I should have to pay a fine for someone else dog.
