2001 Nomad 5th wheel Cascade 28 foot by Skyline. This 5th wheel is a very rare double slide, island kitchen, format with spacious rear lounge. Large picture windows across the rear give a great view of that favorite stream or mountain. We just replaced the RV bed with a new full-size queen mattress. The corner shower is much larger than most RV showers and is separate from the enclosed toilet which makes for great privacy. The tires were the original so I just replaced all of them and the spare is new too. Just needs cusions and one vent cover. The plumbing and gas lines are in great working condition. Fridge works on both gas and electric. Stove has never been used, at least not since Ive had it. 1975 ford Eldorado 21ft very good condition sleeps 6. It has a 454 rebuit engine 2 yrs ago, also the transmission was rebuit at the same time it runs really good. it has awnings all around, air shocks tires are in really good shape. also has a hitch hual on the back. The inside has new curtains and mini blinds along with new carpet.everything works inside except the propane heater, its a simple fix,we decided to just use a electric heater. new mini blinds. too much to mention. Very well taken care of RV. New Radiator, fan clutch, tune up one year ago, Suspension all done with new air bags, generator has been all gone through with low hours.
