This is a nice ellipticle machine that works perfectly. It has a heart rate monitor and it also monitors miles, calories burned and time spent riding the machine. resistance is set manualy from 0-9. These machines are sold at sears stores and run about $650. This is an older model. The new version of this machine is the 650T. Am selling my K2 Cinch CTL Bindings. Have been used/worn twice, basically brand new condition. They are size XL, will fit boots size 11 and up. These are K2s version of a Flow type binding. Get the ease of a step in, but the feel and control of traditional straps.
