This is a nice heavy set of solid oak dining table and 4chairs. The table top has some scratches on it. This is nothing a little bit of sandpaper couldnt take care of and some varnish. The chairs have some scratches on them from peoples keys. Other than that this table is in great condition and has to go. I can even deliver it if you need. I would say this table has kind of a country kind of feel to it with a light wash over the trim parts. It is nice light and bright.

3-piece LA-Z-BOY sectional sofa with green cloth upholstery. 3 recliners, one fold-down console between two of the recliners. Sofa is five years old. It originally cost about $2500 brand new.My family has been using this sofa on a daily basis for several years in the living room. It is a fantastic sofa, but it needs maintenance, and the cost to reupholster outweighs the cost to replace.The main sections frame is broken, and the fabric is worn through in that seat. However, the remainder of the sofa is in excellent shape. All recliners work, no other areas of broken frame. I would reupholster it but it cost less for me to buy a new couch.This sofa is absolutely serviceable by anyone who can repair the wooden frame on the one seat and reupholster the worn section. Buyer must transport the couch -- the good news is it breaks down quickly into three pieces. This goes away (dump? Good will?) on Sunday, so please take this off my hands on Fri or Sat!!!
