Les Schwab Tire Centers is currently seeking an Implementation and Change Management Team Lead contractor in its company headquarters in Central Oregon. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute the rollout of the new Point of Sale (POS) system, as well as plan and lead project Change Management and Communications activities. The new POS system replaces an aged, custom application used in 423 store locations by approximately 5000 end users. The system and process changes will also impact approximately 75 Headquarters users and 350 back office personnel. The team lead will be responsible for taking the deployment conceptual model and creating a detailed project plan encompassing all components of the rollout.
