Two years or more experience as a mortgage loan processor in a high volume setting
Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and other industry specific software as required
Experience in preparing loan packages for loan officers including; credit report verifications, researching appraisals and property issues, generating accurate reports, reviewing files, working with title insurance verifications and preparing paperwork for submission to underwriting.

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon (UUFCO) is seeking a part-time (approx. 4-5 hours/week, 20 hours/month) Full-charge Bookkeeper. Successful candidate will have at least two years of college plus 4 to 6 years accounting/bookkeeping experience. We currently have an opportunity for a part-time bookkeeper (approximately 15-20 flexible hours/week) to provide full bookkeeping services using Yardi Genesis accounting software. You will be a key member of the property management team and will be responsible for A/P and A/R accounting functions, including:
*accurate and timely posting of invoices and payments to service vendors
*posting monthly rents of commercial tenants in Yardi Genesis
*preparing monthly rental statements
*posting tenants' rent payments to ledgers
*preparing and making bank deposits to proper trust accounts and updating ledgers
*preparing rent rolls
*preparing and printing monthly cash flow statements for each managed commercial property, with appropriate supplemental reports
