i am trying to find someone to rent out my room after this term. i am in a lease untill august, but need to go to portland to finish up school for the spring term. the house is great, right near downtown and old mill, great place to spend the spring and summer. i currently have a roomate, hes rad, a student, 25. he has a dog, but shes pretty friendly with other dogs....not so much cats though. she is a bit alpha, so im not sure how she would do with another dominate pup. i have a lab though and they get along great! anyway, the house is an aolder 1908 style, pretty updated though, huge fenced yard, you get your own bathroom. my roomate and i have already put in a large deposit, so we would ask for something but it is kinda negotiable, proably around 300 including dog and totally refundable if nothings broken:). the landlords are rad and the place is pretty rad too...no lease to sign, but we do want someone to stay through the summer, then its up to you guys if u wanna keep it.anyway, if anyone is interested in a great rental for the spring/summer season, email me and ill get back to you...im hoping to add some pics soon.thanks, carrie
