There are four bedrooms in total, all carpeted, with three being approximately the same size, and one large master bedroom in the back of the house with its own bathroom.The three modest sized rooms all share a fairly large bathroom with dual sinks. The main areas of the house have new hardwood flooring, and there is a sweet gas-powered faux woodstove in the kitchen/living room/dining room that is awesome. There is a large laundry room with washer/dryer and space for storage, and there is also a large storage shed out back. The house has a fully fenced in yard with good-sized front lawn and small backyard with alley access. The kitchen is large and is contiguous with a nice dining area and a moderately large living room.The utilities are split 5 ways, and it usually works out to about $50 a person in the winter, and about $30 a person in the summer. We have high speed internet, but don’t have a TV and don’t get cable.Second, about us:We have been living in this house for over a year, and we love hanging out with each other, cooking together, and hosting the semi-regular potluck. We are two guys and one lady - Greg, Sarah, and Matt. Greg and Sarah live in the master bedroom, and Matt has one of the small rooms.
