Im going to be selling here at Crooked River Ranch and am keeping my eyes open for a potential storage area. I have enough items to fill about 600 square feet. If you had a two car garage that was empty I could supplement by putting stuff in a storage unit like down on the lower Ranch level. I am a single person with three vehicles. I usually trade off and use all three so need access to the storage I find so I can use a vehicle. If you had even room to store 600 sq. ft. of household stuff and my tools and room for one vehicle that would work.
