Hi Everyone! I have a room available at a 4 bedroom 2 bath house located very close to TU. I need to move home ASAP and need someone to cover my lease. There are three other room mates who are wonderful! They all work full time and are lots of fun, so we are looking for some one who fits well with that (Someone who knows how to have fun, but is equally responsible and realizes this isnt just a party house!). Only specifics, no dogs, cats are a possibility but that would have to be cleared with the land lord and a pet deposit would be due. Monthly rent is $340.00 and there is a $300.00 security deposit due upon move in. Utilities are split between tenants. This is a GREAT price for this house and location!
