Has a 2.53 Ghz intel core 2 duo, 6 gb ram, 500 gb hd, with a geforce gtx 260, runs battlefield 3 on mid graphics at 30 fps pretty seamlessly. Best gaming computer around for the price. BARE IN MIND. This laptop is meant for gaming. If you are a college student looking to use this for both gaming and school, it will be essentially a desktop as far as schooling goes. The battery on a brand new one of these is less than 3 hours, this one is down to around an hour and a half, and it is a hefty 17", the idea of lugging it around to a class doesn't seem like a good idea. Hi. I bought this laptop a few weeks ago when my previous laptop got old. It's a really nice laptop and I really like it but I really don't need a laptop because I also have a tablet. I overestimated how much I actually needed a mobile Windows PC and would much prefer a desktop. That said it is a great laptop if you need the mobility. The specs are as follows
1.5 Ghz AMD quad core processor (up to 2.4 Ghz with AMD turbo boost)
6 GB of ram (upgradeable to 16 GB of ram)
640 GB Hard Drive
15.6" Widescreen display (1366 x 768 resolution)
Windows 7 Home Premium
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
Beats Audio
HDMI port (It's really easy to put images on any televisions with an HDMI port)
2 USB 2.0 ports and 2 USB 3.0 ports
Fingerprint reader
SD card
Blu-Ray player (It can also read and write regular DVD's and CD's)
Built in web cam and microphone
ATI Graphics
The office depot page claims it has a 5 hour battery life. (And it actually gets fairly close
