We are a local family looking for the most unusual, funky, interesting building we can find to re purpose into a family home and office. We have two dogs and therefore need at least a small space we can make into a yard. We are looking for old stores, churches, warehouses, duplexes, fourplexes, apt. buildings, barns, old run down houses, etc. I have remodeled several houses in the past and have the materials to add a kitchen and couple of bathrooms to any space. My wife is an artist and can design any space into something creative and fantastic. My 3 kids are old enough to help us in this endeavor and see this as a real adventure. We are willing to look at anything! We will need to find a creative way to finance any potential space like an owner carried contract or rent to own or trade for services or business opportunities or ???
