Coco’s Calabash Bar Corner of Kalakaua and Kapiolani Waikiki, HI Circa 1969, this image comes from a matchbook cover for Coco’s Calabash Bar, which was located inside Coco’s Coffee House on the corner of Kalakaua and Kapiolani. Famous for their great breakfasts, Coco’s was part of the large Spencecliff restaurant chain. This chain was started by Spencer Weaver Jr. and consisted of over 25 different restaurants, many of which had tiki and polynesian decor. This is a high quality 11"x14" print of these wonderful vintage graphics, printed on thick watercolor bristol paper. Each image has been restored to remove any damage or wear, but still shows the vintage quality of printing, which makes these images so unique. Each print also has a protective coating applied to prevent any fading throughout the years. Also included is a small card with the info and history of this image.
