Extensive work done to Armature, hull and new deck built. Many sails, lots of extras. The renovation of the interior got as far as the removal of the original equipment and fixtures leaving lots of open space for a new owners creative talents. The owner is highly motivated to sell, but wants only to entertain serious inquiries by experienced mariners as this is not a "1st boat" type vessel.
