Ideally the dates for the swap would be the evening of August 28 through noon on Sept 1 OR noon time on September 4 through noon time on September 7. The great room has a 50" plasma TV. -----Wireless internet, domestic phone, cable TV, and an ADT alarm system. -----2300 square foot former model house -----4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a main level living room and dining room. -----The kitchen has all brand new appliances, and an eat in area which overlooks the pond and gazebo. -----There is a great room with a fireplace and the 50" TV. -----The laundry room has full sized appliances. -----There is an upper and lower deck- both with patio furniture. -----The Japanese garden is surrounded by a fence. -----Our home has new hard-wood floors and plush carpet throughout. -----The oversized Master Bedroom has a king bed and cathedral ceilings. -----The master bath has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. -----The second bedroom has a full / queen, the third has a twin. While at the house you will have access to all community activities, jogging paths, playground, etc. Location! Location! Location!
