Currently, I am looking for a short or longer-term roomie. As for the mood of the house, we tend to be quiet and low-key on weeknights, but are more outgoing and active on weekends - definitely more the occasional dinner party types than the house party types and most of our socializing is done outside the house! It's a good environment for a student who needs their share of peace and quiet. The TH, including the spacious guest room, is fully furnished and has a laundry room with washer and dryer. We are willing to rent the guest room on a temporary basis to a female who is studying, interning, or transitioning between homes. The TH itself is clean and neat and in a safe neighborhood. The METRO ORANGE line is a five-minute walk away and it's about a five-minute drive to both Tyson's Corner and Mclean. Major roads nearby include Rtes. 7 & 66, Rtes. 29 & 50, and 495. Starbucks is just across the street! Wholefoods, Giant, and Trader Joe's are just around the corner. The W.&O.D. Park and bike trail is a mere stone's throw from our front door. There are also several gyms in the area including a Bally's and Gold’s. The location couldn't be better! Falls Church City has it all and the room is listed at a great price. The security deposit is $425. Utilities are included in the rent. In addition, we are equipped with high-speed wireless internet. There is no additional charge to you for this service.
