This grill can accomodate large portions of meat with ease that will satisfy lots of people. You can smoke two medium venison hams & 2 backstraps with room to spare! It traps the heat and smoke like a champ. The flavor is unmatched when using your choice of natural wood chips and liquid to taste. Meats and fish will come out with a new zest that you may have only experienced at a fancy eatery. Heck, most restaurants don't offer this kind of flavor. You'll need a combination of skill and labor of love to accomplish things with this grill. If you don't enjoy babysitting your tablefare - Do Not buy this! Keeping the temp right can be tricky but after a couple of goes, you'll figured it out easily. This is for the connoisseur griller and elivers professional results.
