I have a timeshare week for barter in Ocean City. Week 33, which is Aug 15-22, 09'. The resort is called Boardwalk One. It is on 1st Street and the Boardwalk. No dangerous streets to cross for little kids. Chidren can go right from the unit to the beach, and you can watch them from your balcony. The unit has two double beds and two sofas. It has just been renovated/remodeled (the pictures are before the renovation). The unit and the resort are not snobby, but the location is wonderful. You are not buying the timeshare, but merely renting the week that I can not use this year. I am looking to barter for items and/or services of commensurate value. Cash is also good.
