Just purchased a foreclosure in Culpeper VA. The home is in need of a power washing. I would also like the gutters, and roof done as well. It is not a large home, only two stories, about 1700sqft. I need my front porch, which is only across half the front of the home painted, and the floor boards painted as well. Then the back deck painted with the same colors as the front porch.
