this is a med sized room in a very small duplex. but a very cool place. one block from the thrift store, wild cherries , mt harware and safeway and de buses. the room does have a door but one has to walk thru it to get to the bathroom. but its not too nad. there is a small amount of hanging clothes space , there is washer/dryer, wireless internet, satalitte t, one parking place. i sleep in the living room and sometimes every other week go stay with my 17 year old son at his dads dojo where he has his drums set up and uses the space to practice. i have no issues with sharing space with people -have raised 6 kids -have traveled extensively, lived in closets, no problems. no time tables. i dont even eat dinner half the time. i do play guitar and hand drums here. if you are a student or medical intern i can be quiet so you can sleep. its available now - until April.
