There are two rooms available in a cute little house with refinished hardwood floors and fresh paint. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new flooring/cabinets and appliances, which includes a dishwasher (so no more wasting time washing dishes by hand). Also the house has a washer and dryer, so no more trips to the laundry mat. There is a one car garage and plenty of off street parking in a fenced yard. The yard has been professionally landscaped and has automatic drip and sprinklers. The two bedrooms share a bathroom and have the rest of the house to themselves. I live in the basement with a separate entrance, so the entire upstairs half of the house is private and to the two rooms. Im a responsible student and work full time too, so i stay very busy and im rarely home while i spend my free time with extracurricular activities and up at school studying my butt off. Im looking for the same in roommates, to be clean and on time with paying bills.
