Unsure of the finish, I believe it's powder- coated, looks bluish in the pictures- don't know why (camera/lighting), but it's matte black. Comes with 12 hooks, 14 links of hanging chain (approx 1 foot each side) and 2 hanging hook for studs. Paid $410. plus $16. for 6 extra hooks. A very unique one-of-a-kind piece.
