E-Commerce Apparel Company is seeking young, energetic and reliable executive assistant/customer service employee. Must have strong communication skills (stellar spelling/grammar) and be personable and professional on the telephone. Although our staff is VERY small, our Company has been featured in over 100 media outlets, including CNN, TIME, Inc Magazine, USA Today, People, STAR and Us Weekly to name a few. Our product has been featured in national commercials, television shows and movies. Approximately 3-4 times a year, we also participate in A-list celebrity events (e.g. Academy Awards, MTV Awards) and you will be asked to interact with the celebs.Duties include: • handling our Amazon store• handling customer calls• responding to customer emails• ordering supplies• computer work (Excel, Photoshop, etc)• overseeing email campaigns• handling customer product returnsThe work environment is very fun and casual.
