We need admin help with order management (Quickbooks billing/receivables, checking on vendors), bidding to current customers and to prospects, reacting to whatever the crisis du jour may be (e.g., setting up travel/tradeshow plans, meeting facilities, establishing credit card acceptance with the bank, working through customer bureaucracies, researching permits, etc.)2. Have a track record of success in both your career and in academics.3. Have strong written/oral communications skills.4. Understand the sell cycle, and be willing/anxious to help develop solutions to customer needs in both the casino industry (special events) and other industries.5. Have an attitude that takes on challenges and gets things done.Your normal day will consist of cleaning up data input from our China office, and using it to be both local and remote customers, cleaning/organizing the office, doing broadcast bid mailings to develop new business, visiting customers via both phone and person, and whatever else the day may require.Ideally, youll have some night-time hours that you can work from home (not a requirement, but a bonus).Youll get...1.
