It will also need a new passenger side windshield eventually. One glass layer of the two layer safety plate is cracked but has yet to become clouded. It is currently not a visual obstruction so we did not replace it. We always planned to replace it if it began to get cloudy. A I damaged the awning in 2004 when I tangled with a filling station sign standard in Texas. We had it repaired and it works but you can still see where the standard and the awning tangled. Q Roof condition?A I know of no problems. It has a Fiberglas roof, not a rubber roof. We’ve never had a leak or any other problem. Q Have you adhered to the scheduled maintenance?A Yes. Q What are the current issues/problems with the RV?A Needs some body work. Starboard side basement compartment doors have a few scratches and small dents. Starboard rear Fiberglas panel needs local reattachment. I have a $2,400 estimate. It will also need a new passenger side windshield eventually. One glass layer of the two layer safety plate is cracked but has yet to become clouded. It is currently not a visual obstruction so we did not replace it. We always planned to replace it if it began to get cloudy. Lastly, there is a stain in one corner of the bedroom carpet caused by hydraulic fluid leaking from a faulty slideout jack. The jack and leak were repaired but we were unable to have all the stain removed. 1977 Dodge Harvester Motor home, has a 440 engine with 30K miles on it. Its obviously old but it runs good. I bought it from a friend in June for $1500 and I fixed it up a lot inside. I put up a ceiling, new floors, new paint, new light fixtures and more. The cushions inside need new covers and I took the refrigerator out because it didnt work, although I am told the water pump and stove work I have not used them. I drove it home from Carlsbad in June and then took it to Malibu and back one weekend in August. This RV is worth more than $1000 but I just dont see myself using it and could use the extra space and money. Please contact me with any questions.Dave
