Experienced Full-Time Personal Assistant Needed.Successful Professional Poker Players seeks a full- time (120 hrs/mo) assistant.Pay: $3500/mo+Other perks: All expense paid 5 star travel, flexible hours, and strong networking opportunities.Duties include:Household Management:Come over to my condo on the Las Vegas Strip X5 a week and do the following:-Buy/Restock Grocies-Do Landurary/Drop pick up dry-cleaning-Open mail and assist with bill pay-Pick up condo/do dishes make bed etc, direct maids (I have maids that come weekly) -Do any other task I delegate-Do basic cooking and food related tasks-Complete all personal errandsAccounting/Computer Skills:-Keep books of my poker/wins losses and expenses using excel-Be willing to learn poker related programs such as poker tracker and holdemamnger and do some basic operations that I will delegateConcierge Skills:-Be able to book hotels, flights, etc. on short notice and find the best deals-Find and buy hard to get show, concert tickets etc on short notice.Media/Public Relations:-Talk and speak with various media outlets by phone and or email.-Maintain good relationships with those in Media positions.-Respond to emails-Help write and edit blog posts-Maintain private rolodex and contact databaseEvent Planning:-Organize and plan dinner parties and nights out.Other information: -Must be available to travel on relatively short notice. Likely travel destinations include: Monaco, LA, London, Bahamas, Atlantic City, Aruba, Barcelona or anywhere else a major poker tournament will be held. All expenses will be paid and accommodations will be 5 star. - Hours will largely be worked at assistant’s discretion. Sometimes assistant must be available to run errands on short notice at odd hours. (Pick up food, drop off forgot items at strip casinos etc.)Expected Qualifications (Not necessarily required):-2+ years experience as a PA.-Strong references. Have discreetly handled finical information in the past.-Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.-Strong Moral Outlook-Knowledge of the poker world-Be able to pass a drug and criminal background test.-available for travel-Be able to get along with and relate to a twenty-two year old poker playing boss.
