I am an aspiring standup comedian (who is looking to get into acting). I am a simple guy who can get by with his wits, I plan on getting a job or two as soon as I get to Vegas (if not that, I can do freelancing gigs whether is pc repair or just oddjobs). Im a college grad with a marketing major (so Im not just some bum). I can be very socialable at times or can keep quiet, it doesnt really matter. I am looking for a room to rent. I am male, have a very stable job that I have had 3 years now as a security guard. I do not smoke, nor do any drugs. I always pay my rent on time, and I have a reference from my current room where I have been for the last year and a half. He got a girl pregnant, so you know how that goes. The bad is my job pays under 10 dollars an hour so I need a cheap place that is the same or close what I am paying now ($400 including utilities).
