I am a firefighter out here in Las Vegas and work 4 days on 3 off or 4 off and 3 on, while I am away at work I need someone to take and drop off and pick up my daughter from daycare, she goes monday through friday 0630 to 1830 at the latest, then take care of her at night, and on the weekends of course watch her. We are a medium sized horse boarding facility looking for a new ranch hand. Duties will include stall cleaning, feeding, general repairs and overall ranch maintenance. The person we are looking for must have their own reliable transportation, must have horse experience, must have..(or be a fast learner) experience operating small equipment (kabota front loader/lawn tractor/forklift), and must be able to toss 110+ lb bales of hay. We are looking for a RELIABLE, self-motivated person who can work independently (I already have 4 kids ;-)) and has a love of horses and the understanding of what it takes to maintain their health and happiness. The job description does not include training, exercising, grooming or riding the horses.The hours are 5 hours per day, 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).
