We are looking for a high energy, results-driven professional to manage a team of 10-12 debt recovery associates. As a Call Center Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Management Team to create a positive work environment, implement policies, and develop new strategies to achieve departmental goals. You will also effectively communicate objectives, set performance expectations, and facilitate team building exercises to motivate their staff.
