Most likely A-basin and Loveland will be open and possibly Keystone.Silverthorne/Wildernest is located in Summit County. Summit County is located high in the Colorado Rockies. It is known as Colorados playground(G.O.Ds country) because of the numerous outdoor actives that the area provides. The county is home to 4 major ski areas: Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin. The county also has two reservoirs, namely Dillon and Green Mountain, that are also popular. i married my first husband at 17 with my mothers permission in washington state. he was military, and my parents were alchoholics... figured i would get out while i could... we moved upstate to the base... far away from my parents.. and things got even worse, turns out he is a sexual deviant and wants hurtful sex .. i went to his commander to get help... i moved out, and eventually moved home to my mom... found out i was pregnant... i am still pretty sure my daughter isnt his..but we were married and trying to work it out, so we put him on the birth certificate. he was gone most of our relationship on deployment (navy) ..in 2002 our daughter was born. he was dishonorably disharged while we were apart after my daughter was born... for hitting an officer, writing bad checks, payday loans on closed accounts, ..and other things i am sure i dont know about. ... i lived home with my mom, he was discharged and came to stay, so we could work on it again... in 03, he got a job, i had a job....and he was arrested with other employees for raiding units, and stealing and selling items... a felony... he spent time in jail twice, and is now a registered felon... that was the end of trying... i immediately kicked him out, and he moved home to his mom in ca. (where, by the way, he still lives 6 yrs later.) i moved to oregon with friends, for a few months with my daughter, from 08/03 to 11/03 before relocating back here to vegas ( i went to middle school and high school here). my daughter lived with me, the entire time... and him and i have always been friends, and civil... i just didnt want to be married to him... definitely didnt want to sleep with him... so in 11/03/ we are here in vegas... he starts coming out here for visitation...hanging out..etc... he filed in ca for divorce ... i got a summons.. and being 19... i trusted him to see it through... he tells me in august of 04 that we are divorced ,and he is just waiting for the decree from the courthouse... i didnt know that you needed a decree.. legal process, and divorce was new to me.... and i had no reason i thought not to trust him.. so i married my then boyfriend in september 04!!! we had our son in march of 05.... and he was army... so we spent alot of time apart... i decided it wasnt working...my daughter went to be with my ex for awhile while i was pregnant and alone here.. but it ended up being more like a switch in custody..because he enrolled her in school, and now wont give her back... my army husband and i divorced here in nevada...i have primary custody of my son... then awhile later i started dating a friend of mine... and we decided to give it a go... we got married in nevada .. december of 06... no issues... and right after i got married, and my 1st..met my new husband he said ... jokes on you...we arent divorced... etc... you will go to jail, never see our daughter, blah blah blah... and i being a mother of 3 little ones here.. and my oldest daughter making 4.. am petrified of possibly going to jail for something i didnt realize happened... isnt that blackmail? i realize my being ignorant probably cant be excused..but jail? a felony? fines? by the way.. i have no criminal record at all... even my speeding ticket has been dismissed in the past.. it has been four years now that i have to stay in his good graces to talk to and see my daughter... he is a liar, and he keeps telling me that he is working on it, i will get papers soon, etc... and then in the beginning of the year (feb-march 09) he says..im not giving her back to you this year for school.. im keeping her, and if you take me to court for custody, i will get you arrested for bigamy... etc.. so since my last visitation in march/april, i have been distraught over going to california and picking her up (since there are no formal papers for custody )..but am afriad this will look bad in court? or can i since the original summons said that she lived here in vegas with me? wouldnt he be the kidnapper? he goes for extended periods of not calling or not allowing me to contact my daughter in ca. and because of this issue, and my having little ones here.. i cant afford a lawyer retainer, and cant just pick up and run to ca all the time... in june i finally said, forget it, i am going to get her back this year... and filed a response to the summons.. however, it was rejected due to a few paperwork errors... and now i resubmitted last week, and they were rejected this morning due to the 5 yr ca statute ...so the case has to be filed new... since there are no papers.. i have just as much legal right as he does to her... an attorney said, and that means that i can go pick her up from school... and come home... file a new case here in nv.. and go from there.... what i dont understand is ;1) will i face bigamy charges...? what are the penalities? can it be defended?2) are there any loopholes in the 6month jurisdiction of children?3) what should my now husband and i do? file for annulment ?4) where do i begin.....? someone please help me... anyone have experience with bigamy? or a similar issue? will a judge understand my plea?
