Essential Duties and Responsibilities.• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs.• Analyze prospective clients financial accounts.• Customize different programs to suit individual customers. • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various products.• Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals. • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers. • Select company that offers type of product selected by prospective clients.• Sell various types of products to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including annuities, life settlements & life.• Maintaining customer accounts.• Attend training, meetings, seminars and develop relevant knowledge and skills to keep up with new products.• Utilize Salesforce.com to log and report prospective and existing client contact.• Meet or exceed all goals set forth by Manager.Additional Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.QualificationsExperience, Competencies and EducationPosition requires active State of Nevada Life Insurance License with Company.High level of interpersonal skills to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofreading materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Analytical ability in order to gather and summarize data for reports and prioritize work.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).High school education required. Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Language SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills required.
