RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensures that all rents are collected when due, posted and deposited in accordance with company policies and procedures • Efficiently manages 30 day notices, evictions, move-ins and move-outs • Manages vendor’s scheduling and billings • Manage support staff, vendors and resident affairs• Submits all required reports when due to corporate office. • Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis; check on vacant apartments. • Maintains records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Manage all renting activities• Uses standard office equipment including computer, telephone, fax and photocopying machines. • Monitor and schedule all maintenance activities.
