In that I have a day job (I work in an office in another part of the house) and go to school 4 nights a week (at NMAHA), the room goes unused most of the time. I am willing to rent it to a licensed massage therapist and negotiate a reasonable fee. This could be an excellent situation for someone who needs to see clients, but who doesnt need the encumbrance of a full-time office or studio rental.
