There is a lot of space in this apartment! There is laudry in the apartment and basic cable is included. The ulilities that you would pay for is gas and electircity. The lease is up in May. The apartment complex is Cassa B which is right across the street from campus so you can just walk and not have to put up witht the nmus parking mess. We will be away from May 15, 2012 to October 15, 2012 and wish to rent our architect-designed artists' home for those five months. The 10 acre property abuts National Forest, elevation 7,000 ft., 7 miles from Silver City and WNMU. Views to the south into Mexico (90 miles on a clear day). The post and beam house has two bedrooms plus office/guest room, two lofts, 2-½ baths, large open living area, open patio, covered porch, carport. Fully furnished including linens. Because it is our home and we will be returning in October, we prefer a couple or small family who are fleeing the heat of the lowlands for the summer (yes, it is much cooler here at 7,000 ft.), or, someone "trying out" the area for a retirement situation. Rent is $1,200 per month plus utilities. Pets considered. All emails will be answered promptly if they include a phone number.
