I need of roommates. Rent is 995.00 total and with four people in house is $245.75. The house is a four bedroom two bath. master bedroom has attached bathroom and walk in closet. The other three rooms are extremely spacious, and one of the rooms, during a remodel, was converted from a one car garage so there is space to spare. There is a full kitchen, separate dining room, study and bar. The house is cooled with a dual swamp cooler system and washer and drier are already included. The house is less then a mile from the New Mexico State campus, so if your are a college student, such as myself, it pretty optimal. No pets allowed sorry. I currently have an open bedroom in a house that I own that I would like to rent out. The house has two bathrooms and my bedroom has a master bath so the guest bathroom would be entirely yours. The third bedroom is being converted into an office, which you will be able to use if necessary. The rent fully covers all utilities and wireless internet. The only thing I ask extra for is if you request a cable box in your room you pay the monthly fee of the box only. I have all kitchen appliances and a dining table. I also have a den with a pool table. There is a large backyard that needs some maintenance and there is also a deck and storage shed. I do have two nice, but very energetic dogs that you must be able to get along with. No exceptions. I will allow a small dog if necessary as long as it gets along with my pets. I am a 25 year old male who has a 1017 square foot, 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. The apartment complex is gated. It has two swimming pools, two hot tubs, weight room, volley ball court and much more.
