Normally, we kick our shoes off in the mudroom & ware socks around the house, but not required. The butler does all laundry every 2 or 3 days, cleans floors / vacuums, & empties trash; you need not bother w/ any of that; he does not provide any kitchen services; other than, dumping the trash, cleaning floors, and providing caffeine (your only cleaning responsibility is to NEVER EVER LEAVE BEHIND DIRTY DISHES and TO KEEP THE KITCHEN VERY VERY CLEAN for the next person who needs to cook- anything else is profoundly inconsiderate)! (I dont mind if you are a slob in your-own room; thats your business.) I love sharing my home with deserving, respectful students who are considerate, clean, AND TAKE THEIR EDUCATION SERIOUSLY (but you need not be a student / ours is NOT a party-pad, but it is a partying neighborhood & we all know each other- very rad . . .)! If you are G; S; or Bi; that is not an issue, nor is race (we are diverse). I care not what you smoke; so long as you smoke it out-doors (basement is 420 friendly, but we smoke no tobacco indoors, at all; it just stinks too much). We maintain a studious, considerate, helpful, cooperative, and reasonably caffeinated atmosphere ! (Your room is about 1/2 the price of the dormitories, and closer to many of the classrooms!) Hi, I am a medical student who will be in Albuquerque from 7/18-8/15 doing a one month rotation at the UNM medical center. I would like to sublease a room in a house or studio/1br from 7/18-8/15. Rent is $400 plus 1/2 utilites (Utilities run $40 to $80 per month depending on season) and a deposit of $400.
