I am a 26 year old college graduate now working long hours as an aircraft mechanic. I recently purchased a house in Taylor Ranch and I am looking for a roommate. I work long hours so I like quiet weekdays but on the weekends I do like to go out. I am looking for a roommate that is laid back and will be easy to live with. I would like a roommate that will be clean and is a student or has a professional job. I also am looking for a roommate that likes to go out, but mostly on weekends. I also want a roommate that does NOT use drugs. I am a non-smoker but if you do, smoking is permitted outside. Also pets are not permitted. My house is located in Taylor Ranch; it is north of the intersection of Taylor Ranch Rd NW and Golf Course Rd NW. The house has four bedrooms however I would like to rent out two of the rooms. The fourth room is an office/day room for all members of the house. The rooms being rented are unfurnished and are 10’ x 12, there is one bathroom for both rooms. I also have a washer and dryer. Rent is $350 a month per room plus utilities; utilities include gas, electricity, water, wireless high speed internet, and cable TV. Utilities will be caped at $150 per roommate. $350.00 a month (month to month) plus half utilities (PNM, Water/Garbage and wireless internet). Great room with window seat, cute two bedroom two bath home. You get your own bath (main bathroom). Storage above the closet in the bedroom. Room has a full bed, desk and small chest of drawers. Will consider removing items for right person. Female strongly preferred, students ok. Main streets are Golf Course, Montano and Coors Blvd. Near shopping and dining. Taylor Ranch Community Center right around the corner, residents can use excercise facilities for free! Nice back yard with gas grill and dining sets. I have a very nice medium size dog, must like dogs!!!! No additional pets though. I am not a big partier, so no party people please! No drugs and no smoking in the house. I do like to have lots of bbqs in the summer and occasional cocktail parties.
